Palliative Care Clinician Opportunity

About the Role

This opportunity involves providing comprehensive palliative services in skilled nursing facilities located in the Tacoma, Washington area. As an advanced practice provider (APP), you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in skilled nursing facilities
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a palliative care or hospice role
  • Post-acute care experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements
  • Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner license in the state of Washington
  • Active and unrestricted DEA for the state of Washington
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary estimated at $138,000 to $163,000 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential. Our benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
