Advanced Nurse Specialist

The Clinical Excellence Fellowship is designed for experienced RNs looking to transition into a new specialty. With this program, you'll gain hands-on experience, receive guidance from experienced preceptors, and develop the skills needed to excel in your new role.
This fellowship starts with full-time availability in various shifts, including Day, Night, and Variable. Eligible external candidates can receive a sign-on bonus of $10,000, and relocation assistance may be available for applicants who qualify.

Key Qualifications:
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
