Job Title: Technical Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team at Insight Global. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning the lifecycle of our clients' legacy back end systems related to their ecommerce system, including cart management and order fulfillment.

This role will require collaboration with multiple teams, as our products integrate with and feed multiple other sources, such as our customer-facing web and mobile products. You will own standard product owner tasks, including executing vision, managing sprint iterations, leading ceremonies, and managing the team's backlog and priority items.

Additional responsibilities will include production support and triage for any application issues, acting as a liaison with the business to ensure the product meets their needs, and clearly communicating progress.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner
  • Strong Agile/Scrum background
  • Extensive technical knowledge around back end services, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience supporting legacy applications being sunset or decommissioned
  • Jira/Confluence experience for tracking
  • Knowledge around workflows, system testing, and sequence diagrams
  • Understanding of JSON, end points, hooks, etc.
  • Experience in the QSR or restaurant space
  • Gitlab experience
  • Postman experience
