About the Role:

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, and your primary goal will be to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly and helpful approach, read customer cues, and match their needs with an elevated level of service.
  • Product Knowledge: Share the benefits of our loyalty program and enroll new members, answer questions regarding product, and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for our customers, including clearing trash, cleaning the breakroom and public restrooms, and vacuuming.
  • Inventory Management: Receive inbound freight, prepare, and place merchandise on the sales floor per our standards, complete markdowns, and maintain clearance standards.
  • Technology: Use company tools to search product availability, order for customers, and complete all functions of the fulfillment process.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Must have the availability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Communication Skills: Professional, friendly, and customer service focused, with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of technology to successfully engage in customer interactions, including the register, register keyboard, iPhone, and calculator.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling on a frequent basis.
