ADF Engineering is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join our talented team of engineers and designers in our Decatur, Illinois office.

The ideal candidate will manage time-sensitive and budget-conscious projects within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, delivering customer-centric engineering consulting services. Building strong relationships with industrial clients to provide effective engineering solutions is essential for success in this role.


Essential Qualifications & Experience


A Bachelor of Science Degree in Process/Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering is required. A Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or an MBA is advantageous.

10+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
Experience in direct client engagement and relationship management.
A current Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or PMP certification are preferred.
Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to produce proposals and project documentation.

- Working within interdisciplinary teams

- Retrofitting and expanding existing industrial facilities
- Equipment replacement
- New industrial plant facilities and process engineering
