Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering prompt and exceptional customer service through daily management of total loss claims.
  • Ensuring compliance with salvage regulations as per state mandates and skillfully negotiating upfront storage and rental costs.
  • Conducting thorough investigations of claims, including reserving assessments and resolutions.
  • Overseeing the utilization, output, and expenses associated with external vendors.
  • Building and nurturing robust business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively engaging in committees and project task forces.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • In-depth expertise in all facets of claims adjustment, specifically total loss management and salvage/compliance protocols.
  • Broad understanding of contracts, investigative methods, legal stipulations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in collaborating effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information.

Qualifications:
