- Ensuring compliance with salvage regulations as per state mandates and skillfully negotiating upfront storage and rental costs.
- Conducting thorough investigations of claims, including reserving assessments and resolutions.
- Overseeing the utilization, output, and expenses associated with external vendors.
- Building and nurturing robust business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively engaging in committees and project task forces.
- In-depth expertise in all facets of claims adjustment, specifically total loss management and salvage/compliance protocols.
- Broad understanding of contracts, investigative methods, legal stipulations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in collaborating effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Creative problem-solver with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3-4 years in insurance claims handling.
- Thorough understanding of auto claims processing.
- Preferred current adjuster license across all states; open to obtaining additional state licenses.
