We are actively seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to collaborate with our team across all OrthoCarolina Therapy locations.

This role is a remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Patient Services Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals within the clinic.

The PSC is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing appointment scheduling and responding to incoming inquiries from healthcare providers and patients.
  • Ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and courteously, adhering to OrthoCarolina and clinic protocols.
  • Rescheduling appointments as necessary to accommodate clinic operations and assisting referral physicians and other healthcare professionals with timely information and resources.
  • Supporting the clinical team in addressing patient medical inquiries by utilizing established templates and protocols, which are then forwarded to the clinical team for follow-up.
