L3 Application Support Specialist in Windows

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong application production operations, support, and configuration experience in the Microsoft Windows server environment.
- Support enterprise application automation services, in-house application integration testing, web application configuration, and production deployment in the Microsoft .NET server environment.
- Experience with MS Exchange, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange Online, and Teams is a plus.
- Experience with MS SQL Server databases, security certificates, SFTP/Tectia, MS IIS configuration, and Microsoft PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Good understanding of production monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills to understand, prioritize, troubleshoot, and articulate issues.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate globally across work streams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in application production operations, support, and configuration in the Microsoft Windows server environment.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise application automation services, in-house application integration testing, web application configuration, and production deployment in the Microsoft .NET server environment.
- Bachelor's (BS) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or experience.
