Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at KARM Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product information
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
