Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Test Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and testing complex Electro-Optic microelectronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Electro-Optic test data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Characterize, troubleshoot, and dispose of microelectronic components, devices, and assemblies to identify defects and implement repairs.
  • Develop test documents, plans, and procedures to support testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing anomalies and implement process improvements.
  • Support off-hours testing and associated projects as needed to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Basic knowledge of computer programming languages and software development.
  • Ability to operate test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Waveform Generators, or Multimeters.
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with microelectronic components, including Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, RF, and Electro-Optic devices.
  • Proficiency in common electronic test equipment and schematic reading.
  • Ability to view solder, silver epoxy, wire bonds, and small die/component features through a microscope.
  • Understanding of Network Analyzer, Power Meter, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and RF Switch Matrix.
  • Experience with test sequence and basic software concepts for running test scripts and Automated tests.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software applications, including MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.
  • Ability to become proficient with Electro-Optic and RF components, devices, and assemblies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Security Clearance

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
