Job Summary

Vector CSP, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager II to lead the technical aspects of individual or multiple task orders for C4ISR systems. The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure project success while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards outlined in the contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams of contractor personnel across various labor categories to ensure seamless collaboration and high performance to meet project objectives.
  • Apply deep expertise and current knowledge of C4ISR technologies to support engineering, integration, and technical services for Coast Guard cutters and other platforms.
  • Act as the primary interface and technical point of contact with the Program Manager, providing strategic guidance on program/project issues and resolving technical challenges.
Requirements
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • Ten (10) years of direct work experience with Navy or Coast Guard C4ISR or similar program/projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and apply sound judgment to resolve challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effectively conveying information to stakeholders and team members.
