  • Subject Matter Expertise

    • Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and Medline product penetration.
  • Coach & Training
    • Provide feedback and coaching to sales reps to increase revenue and profitability.
    • Develop and deliver presentations to customers on skin health capabilities and solutions.
    • Be the go-to expert on skin health-related matters for the region.
    • Promote customer empowerment by arranging attendance to industry-related webinars, advisory boards, research, and conferences.
  • Key Accounts (Grow & Protect)
    • Proactively target and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders and organizations.
    • Develop business plans to achieve targeted annual GM and sales growth in the region.
    • Open, close, and follow up with business reviews and targeted accounts while meeting customer needs.
    • Provide feedback on pricing, formulary recommendations, and contract structure for skin health.
  • Analysis and Planning
    • Analyze published numbers with VPs and Skin Health Management.
    • Develop plans to execute on key corporate initiatives based on analysis or performance.
    • Arrange business reviews for key targeted accounts in collaboration with MSDs.
    • Establish goals for next quarter to achieve annual quota and profitability for each group.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous wound care or related sales experience a plus.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week in this multi-state territory.
  • Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Previous experience with wound care or skin care products a plus.
