- Coach & Training
- Provide feedback and coaching to sales reps to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers on skin health capabilities and solutions.
- Be the go-to expert on skin health-related matters for the region.
- Promote customer empowerment by arranging attendance to industry-related webinars, advisory boards, research, and conferences.
- Key Accounts (Grow & Protect)
- Proactively target and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders and organizations.
- Develop business plans to achieve targeted annual GM and sales growth in the region.
- Open, close, and follow up with business reviews and targeted accounts while meeting customer needs.
- Provide feedback on pricing, formulary recommendations, and contract structure for skin health.
- Analysis and Planning
- Analyze published numbers with VPs and Skin Health Management.
- Develop plans to execute on key corporate initiatives based on analysis or performance.
- Arrange business reviews for key targeted accounts in collaboration with MSDs.
- Establish goals for next quarter to achieve annual quota and profitability for each group.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Previous wound care or related sales experience a plus.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week in this multi-state territory.
- Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry preferred.
- Previous experience with wound care or skin care products a plus.
