Job Summary:
Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of solutions for our clients in the capital markets industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of solutions for global funding, collateral management, liquidity management, and hedge management within the Treasury organization.
- Collaborate with a team of business analysts, developers, testers, and scrum masters to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and ensure that solutions meet the needs of our clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front office, middle office, finance, operations, regulatory and operational compliance, and risk management.
- Deliver solutions for interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange derivatives, futures, bonds, and securities, as well as secured and unsecured money market instruments and loans.
- Have hands-on experience working with agile software development teams and delivering solutions in a geographically diverse environment.
- Have knowledge of balance sheet and income statements, as well as experience working with Python, Java, and Angular2.
- Have excellent communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements documentation, and 5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions.
- Have experience delivering solutions for capital markets and working in an agile software development team.
- Hold a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
- Have experience using Python for data analysis or modeling.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements documentation.
- 5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions.
- Experience delivering solutions for capital markets.
- Experience working in an agile software development team.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
