Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dupli Graphics Corporation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and provide timely and effective support
  • Handle incoming requests from customers and sales teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide quality service and support in areas including order entry, online system troubleshooting, and mailings
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, customers, and sales teams
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Dupli Graphics Corporation offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a friendly small business atmosphere. We are a family-first company and value flexibility in managing care for you and your family. Three different medical plans and dental care are available. All team members working 30 hours or more per week are eligible. We provide a basic $10,000 life insurance policy after one year of service with options to buy-up for other AD&D coverage options. Dupli offers competitive paid time off for all employees. Additionally, there are 10 paid holidays each year dependent on the calendar year.
