The Reading League, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the awareness and understanding of evidence-aligned reading instruction. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email
  • Offer information and assistance regarding products and services
  • Process customer orders and returns, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Document and update customer information, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to two years customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude
