Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with store associates to resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features and maintain high-quality visual standards in the store.
  • Meet sales goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
