Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the Intermediate Care Unit
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
