As a Team Manager at Panera Bread, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You will lead by example, develop your team's skills, and strive for excellence in everything we do.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your bakery-cafe, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with our General Manager and other members of the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • You will identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to run great shifts and meet business objectives.
  • 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred.
  • ServSafe certification (or able to pass).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must submit to a background check.

Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
