About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and driving revenue growth in our community.

As a Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with residents, families, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with our community, and contribute to a positive work environment.

We value our employees and offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to over $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and other incentives. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth in our community
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office Suite
