Job Summary

The Program Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff within our facility. This role requires a strong ability to monitor activities, enforce program rules, and maintain a secure and sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure a safe and secure facility and program 24 hours a day
* Conduct regular bag checks and searches to maintain a contraband-free environment
* Engage with clients to create a welcoming atmosphere
* Prepare and distribute client meals and supplies
* Monitor grounds for safety concerns and report any issues
* Utilize crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate situations and prioritize staff and client safety
* Coordinate with security contractors as needed
* Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate logbooks
* Respond to inquiries from the public and route calls to appropriate staff
