As a Water and Sewage Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a water and sewage treatment plant. This includes managing a team of operators, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of plant operators and maintenance personnel
- Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols
- Monitor and control the treatment process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement training programs for plant operators and maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
