Job Description and Duties

As a Water and Sewage Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a water and sewage treatment plant. This includes managing a team of operators, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plant operators and maintenance personnel
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and control the treatment process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for plant operators and maintenance personnel

Requirements:
