Customer Service Specialist

Sam's Club is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-end staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating front-end equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll also have the opportunity to work with mobile retail applications and assist customers as needed.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our members* Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and mobile retail applications* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge* Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
