Job Description
The Aquablation Clinical Manager will play a critical role in building and developing our clinical team. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Associate Clinical Representatives (ACR) and Clinical Specialists (CS). Your primary objective will be to provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System, including surgeon and staff training. You will lead new system installation processes, ensure strong collaboration with the ASM and CSM, and develop key relationships in targeted accounts. Additionally, you will analyze business performance, report on monthly metrics, and participate in management meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent management skills. You should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as strong local relationships within the healthcare community. Prior people management experience is preferred, but extensive mentoring by an experienced manager can be recommended. You must also be able to travel up to 75% and work effectively in an office environment.
