Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at the Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in clinical supervision and management to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, including clinical supervision, evaluation, and corrective action.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage census, program growth, and self-funding/sustainability.
  • Review charts to ensure compliance with evidence-based practices and regular reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC with CASAC certification.
  • Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical supervision experience.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
