Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports and other data solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis and analytics projects to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to meet the company's data needs.
  • Contribute to automation and innovation initiatives to improve data processes.
  • Perform basic administration of the BI Solution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or another data-intensive role.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and one or more enterprise BI solutions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with programming best practices and data analysis solutions.
  • Background in statistics and machine learning a plus.
  • Experience working in a financial services environment a plus but not required.
