Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers
* Support the development of relationships with clients and learn client business needs
* Promote services, design portfolios and solutions for potential clients, advise potential clients, and perform other consultative activities
* Work to maintain relationships with other professionals through which the employer indirectly increases its market share
* Collaborate with the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager to achieve sales and service goals
* Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
* Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Continuously develop product and client knowledge to engage with customers effectively
**Requirements:**
* Currently licensed or able to be licensed to market and bind coverage within 90 days
* Works under the support and supervision of the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with AMS or related software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Can manage multiple customer-related activities simultaneously
**Education/Experience:**
* College/University degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years of personal lines or commercial experience
* Demonstrated success managing assigned customer block
