Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in cultivating a team that achieves exceptional results by delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will also share the responsibility for executing all operational tasks and ensuring the store remains visually appealing. Your role is to foster a positive atmosphere that develops and engages your managers, associates, and customers on a daily basis. Your enthusiasm for being part of a successful team will shine through in your daily contributions.

The Retail Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

  • As the Retail Operations Supervisor, you will:
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategic action plans that drive results and expand the business.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational skills to optimize sales performance.
    • Engage with customers to cultivate relationships and enhance brand loyalty using company resources.
    • Work alongside the Store Manager to mentor team members committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Oversee designated areas of responsibility and be accountable for achieving results.
    • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store standards for merchandising and operations consistently.
    • Gain insights into all facets of the business and contribute innovative ideas to propel growth.
    • Maintain composure in challenging situations and unexpected circumstances.
    • Execute POS transactions during assigned shifts and fulfill management duties in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications:

  • You will also possess:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a comparable retail environment (apparel preferred).
    • A proven history of surpassing sales and performance metrics.
    • Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
    • Potential for occasional travel to other locations as required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as necessary.
