At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships, and corporations.
Responsibilities:- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience
- Build and manage client relationships through frequent engagement
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax service and advice
- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities by supporting our practice's High Growth Sectors
- Minimum two years of partnership tax experience with an accounting firm, asset manager, and/or law firm
- Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
- Experience with partnership taxation
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex information
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams
