Job Description

A successful Real Estate Agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties is responsible for guiding clients through every aspect of the real estate transaction process. This includes helping clients market and sell their property, as well as finding and purchasing a new home. To excel in this role, you must be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to close sales in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a self-motivated and autonomous individual who is eager to build a client base and establish a successful real estate career. As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your transaction volume. With experience and dedication, it's not uncommon for our agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

To be eligible for this position, you must obtain a real estate license by completing required classes and passing a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional information on the licensing process and support you in your career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help clients price their property effectively and make it marketable to potential buyers.
  • Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and facilitate transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends and understand the value of properties in your area.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Act as a mediator between home sellers and buyers, ensuring smooth communication and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to ensure prompt home sales.
