At Aston Carter, we are seeking an experienced Hybrid Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team in Frederick, MD.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on industry standards and market rates in the Frederick area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting professional interviews and follow-up calls with clients to obtain necessary information
- Reviewing documents and entering data accurately into our systems
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Prior Microsoft Office experience and proficiency in using various software applications
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
