Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our dentists and hygienists in the performance of various dental procedures.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining dental equipment, sterilizing instruments, and monitoring radiation safety procedures.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients, staff, and third-party payors.
  • In addition to clinical duties, this position involves ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and participating in quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Dental Assistant program from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current knowledge of dental clinical procedures, protocols, and regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
