Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to oversee and support all administrative duties in our office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies inventory, performing receptionist duties, receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and developing office policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for managing office budget, staff scheduling, and identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements.

  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
