Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Medical Support Assistants, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our clinics and facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a Medical Support Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, policies, and procedures.
