Job Summary

Career Strategies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in the Dayton area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and at least one year of experience in apartment maintenance. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including make readies, turns, and work orders
  • Conduct electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
  • Repair and maintain appliances
  • Clean and maintain the grounds
  • Assist with snow removal in winter months

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
