A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Property Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our residents enjoy safe and comfortable living spaces. You will promptly address maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs. When a unit becomes vacant, you will work diligently to prepare it for new residents within five days.

In addition to maintenance tasks, you will assist management with apartment inspections and participate in an on-call emergency rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your friendly demeanor and responsiveness will contribute to a positive resident experience. You will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the community.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Proficient in painting and unit turnovers
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
