We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team, focusing on data center operations.

Role Summary

This role will involve close collaboration with sales teams, project managers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure the efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders. The representative will serve as the primary communication link between our internal teams and external clients, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Success in this position requires a commitment to clear and timely communication, as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously. Building and maintaining strong relationships with repeat clients is essential for creating a positive work environment and achieving mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests through various channels for product availability, order management, returns, billing adjustments, and product inquiries.
  • Manage key accounts effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for the delivery and collection of orders.
  • Support the Outside Sales team as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of open orders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage and negotiate aspects such as pricing, delivery, and quality.
  • Adhere to quality, safety, and compliance policies, reporting any issues as necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to product compliance regulations and standards.
  • Actively participate in achieving compliance goals.
  • Report any compliance-related concerns to management.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing context.
  • Strong customer service skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to make independent decisions within established guidelines.
  • Self-driven with effective time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams and personalities.
