Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies
  • Identify and implement research-informed evidence-based quality indicators and benchmarks
  • Lead administrative staff in program evaluations and process review methods
  • Work with programs and senior leadership to formulate systemic interventions and corrective action plans

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Medical / Behavioral Health / Healthcare / Health Informatics preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years working in healthcare quality required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience in managing data collection systems and quality improvement in the fiscal healthcare or behavioral healthcare field
