- Plan and coordinate activities based on individual needs and age groups.

- Instruct team members on tasks and job techniques, provide written instructions and reference materials.
- Ensure area compliance with Department of Defense and local installation standards.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Effective communication in English, both oral and written.
- Meet one of the following: Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, Military School Age Credential, Army Youth Practicum, or other nationally recognized Youth Development Credential.
