Lead Child and Youth Program Assistant

**Job Summary**
This position is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and youth. As a Lead Child and Youth Program Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising children and youth, planning activities, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise children and youth aged 6 weeks to 18 years during daily activities, field trips, and special events.
- Plan and coordinate activities based on individual needs and observed behaviors.
- Prepare and implement program options for children and youth with special requirements.
- Instruct team members in specific tasks and job techniques.
**Requirements**
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Meet one of the following qualifications: Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, Military School Age Credential, Army Youth Practicum, or other nationally recognized Youth Development Credential.
