About the Position
The Child and Youth Program Assistant is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and youth. As a member of the US Army's Child and Youth Services team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities, developing relationships with program participants, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Activity Planning: Plan and deliver fun and educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of children and youth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with program participants, encouraging trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective program delivery, sharing expertise, and supporting each other's efforts.
  • Record Management: Accurately maintain records of program participation, attendance, and evaluation data.

Qualifications and Requirements
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to communicate effectively in English. Experience working with children and youth is highly desirable. Additionally, you must pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications or training.

Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
