Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings.
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks, including floor cleaning, carpet shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.
- Collect and dispose of trash in accordance with approved procedures.
- Dust and damp mop floors following established protocols.
- Move equipment and furniture to ensure thorough cleaning and return items to their original positions.
- Sanitize all surfaces and adhere to the eight-step cleaning procedure.
- Wash walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards to uphold a clean and safe environment.
- Proactively identify areas needing cleaning and take initiative to address them.
- Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and comply with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
- Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors as necessary.
- Exhibit professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as required.
