Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile and a friendly demeanor, engage with them to understand their needs, and respond to their queries in a clear and pleasant manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the front-of-house team, uphold our standards of excellence and hospitality, and ensure that all staff members are working together to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain complete knowledge of our menu and baked goods, and ensure that our inventory is well-stocked and rotated regularly.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner, and take appropriate action to turn dissatisfied guests into return customers.
  • Communication: Inform the General Manager of any foreseeable shortages or issues, and maintain open communication with the team to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that our stock is well-stocked and rotated regularly.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
Working Conditions

This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who is available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Front-of-House Supervisor must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
