- Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects assigned by the Financial Prep Manager
- Effectively manage team workloads and project timelines
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members
- Handle project management responsibilities
- Employ problem-solving techniques for error resolution
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
- Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in leading small teams (3-5 members)
- At least 5 years in a leadership position
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to various platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Competent data entry abilities
- Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in Financial Preparation and Account Reconciliation
