We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Receptionist to join our team at Security Industry Specialists, Inc. (SIS). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage access control systems, including issuing badges and verifying identification for authorized personnel.
  • Patrol facilities to identify potential safety hazards and security breaches, taking prompt action to address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including incident reports and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with security and management teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • EMS experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain California Guard Card if selected.
