Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Perform routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • End of Day Process: Initiate and complete the End of Day process, including running reports and balancing the day's work.
  • Cashiering Responsibilities: Maintain cashiering responsibilities, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Front Office Operations: Maintain the Front Office computer system, including checking in guests, handling reservations, and performing other front office duties.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field, preferably in a night auditor or accounting role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
