Job Title: Night Auditor

At CoralTree Residences Snowmass, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage the night audit process through our Property Management System (PMS) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on work requests.
  • Stay informed about local attractions, transportation, and other guest interests to provide valuable recommendations.
  • Be aware of emergency procedures, including guest injury and fire emergency protocols.
  • Answer the switchboard in a timely manner with a warm and welcoming greeting.
  • Maintain open communication with the Housekeeping department to ensure accurate room statuses and coordinate room moves.
  • Be familiar with hotel and reservation policies, including early check-out, late arrival, deposits, and cancellations.
  • Perform walk-in reservations with confidence and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in job-related English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide legible directions.
  • Basic mathematical calculations skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
