Job Summary

This part-time position provides general office support to a high-volume area, performing routine and similar clerical duties that require general knowledge of basic office systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office support or clerical support to a work area (50% of daily tasks)
  • Take messages, greet, and direct others to the appropriate person for assistance (30% of daily tasks)
  • Prepare routine documents, fax, photocopy, and prepare materials (15% of daily tasks)
  • Perform related duties as assigned (5% of daily tasks)
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • One year of office experience preferred

This is a part-time position with a salary range of $12/hour. The work schedule is Monday-Friday/Weekends/Varies. To be considered for this position, a completed online employment application form along with a resume are required.
