The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in progressive leadership positions in IT and healthcare operations, with a strong background in managing technical and non-technical infrastructure and operations. A Master's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the IT organization
  • Manage the office of the CIO and oversee the Demand Management, Supply Management, and Controls of the IT capabilities of the division
  • Ensure systems performance and service-level requirements are met
  • Manage IT resource requirements to balance tactical and strategic demands appropriately
  • Implement IT continuous improvement programs within enterprise guidelines
  • Develop and implement organizational and operational models to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end-user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in progressive leadership positions in IT and healthcare operations
  • Master's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience in managing technical and non-technical infrastructure and operations
  • Five to seven years of leadership responsibility in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects
