The HR Coordinator will provide critical support to our local HR team, focusing on front-line associate relations and hourly recruiting. This position demands strong analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication.

Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with SuccessFactors and MarkIT systems for associate relations and recruiting
  • Manage hourly recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
