About the Role

As a Participant Services Associate, you will be responsible for supporting CIEE's International Study Programs for American college students. This includes reviewing and data entry of participant applications, creating and maintaining participant records in the US Government Student & Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), and ensuring compliance with J-1 Visa and program-specific regulations.

You will also provide exceptional customer service to program participants, answering phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will communicate directly with students, employers, host families, schools, Local Coordinators, and International Representatives as needed.
